Simply Blissed is an upscale, well established day spa located in Salem, Oregon; and we're expanding our services and opening an additional space next door. We're searching for a seasoned Guest Services Specialist to deliver extraordinary customer experiences in a warm, friendly and caring manner.
Because consistent, extraordinary guest care is our goal 100% of every day, we need sharp minds and compassionate souls that care for guests while supporting our talented licensed service providers.
Our targeted candidate must:
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience in appointment scheduling, customer service, cashiering and selling retail products
- Possess exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a proven ability to work collaboratively in person, over telephone, or via internet chat/text
- Show a well-developed and proactive approach to problem solving
- Be a team player and able to adapt to quickly changing priorities within the workday
- Be reliable with excellent attendance
- Saturday availability (we’re closed Sundays)
- Positive, friendly attitude (smiling encouraged!)
Primary daily duties include but are not limited to:
- Creating an exquisite guest experience to retain loyal and returning customers
- Working directly with guests and service providers booking accurate appointments, collecting detailed booking information and selling retail products
- Timely response to customer inquiries (phone, email, text) and issues
- Evaluating practitioner schedules and room/equipment resources to ensure accuracy
- Maintaining a clean/orderly space (laundry, products stocked, cleaning/dusting etc.)
- Provide administrative support to management and practitioners as requested.
Shift Availability
We’re currently seeking coverage for:
- Tuesday - Friday: 1:30pm-6:30pm
- Saturdays: 9:30am-3:30pm
Compensation
This position is paid an hourly wage of $18-19 dependent on experience.
