Line Cook – Experience Required – $18/hr
Philly Philly is hiring an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
We’re looking for someone who can jump on the line, work fast, stay organized, and handle a busy restaurant environment. This position is for someone with previous kitchen or line cook experience who takes pride in clean, consistent food and can show up on time every shift.
Pay: $18/hourPosition: Line CookExperience: Previous line cook or kitchen experience requiredHours: Approximately 41 hours per week
Schedule Required:
- Monday: 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM
- Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Cook and prepare menu items accurately and consistently
- Work the grill, fry station, prep area, and line as needed
- Keep up during busy lunch and dinner rushes
- Follow food safety, cleanliness, and portion standards
- Stock your station and stay organized throughout the shift
- Help with prep, cleaning, and closing duties
- Work as part of a team and communicate clearly during service
Requirements:
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience required
- Must be dependable and able to work the full required schedule
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Must be clean, organized, and able to follow recipes and instructions
- Must have reliable transportation
