Overview of Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment
- Advance children’s physical and intellectual competence through creating and implementing activities in and out of the classroom
- Support each child’s social and emotional development and provide positive guidance
- Establish positive and effective family relations
- Ensure an effective program, responsive to children’s needs

Qualifications:
- Maintaining a happy, enthusiastic and positive attitude at all times
- Always being a team player
- A minimum of High School degree
- Ability to relate positively with young children
- Must have reliable attendance and accountability
- Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program
- CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Falls Church, VA 22042: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
