Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Plant Operator to join our team. The Plant Operator will be responsible for overseeing plant operations and ensuring efficiency in production processes.
Duties
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in the plant
- Monitor the production process and adjust variables as needed to optimize output
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential improvements
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 24-hour/7 days rotating shifts
- Previous experience in plant operations is preferred
- Knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
