We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our team at our brand-new hotel. This is your opportunity to take ownership, inspire others, and ensure every guest walks into a space that feels clean, comfortable, and exceptional.
In this role, you’ll be the bridge between leadership and the housekeeping team—coaching, motivating, and setting the standard for excellence every day.

What You’ll Do
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining quality, driving performance, and supporting your team’s success.
Your day-to-day impact will include:
- Inspecting guest rooms and public spaces to ensure top-tier cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
- Leading, coaching, and motivating housekeeping associates to perform at their best
- Organizing daily assignments and balancing staffing with occupancy needs
- Supporting the Executive Housekeeper and hotel leadership team
- Monitoring productivity and conducting self-audits to continuously improve performance
- Prioritizing room assignments, including VIP arrivals and early check-ins
- Verifying room status and ensuring accuracy between reports and actual conditions
- Providing hands-on support to the team, including stepping in to assist when needed
- Ensuring carts are stocked, organized, and ready for success
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues promptly
- Helping maintain clean and welcoming public spaces
- Driving guest satisfaction by ensuring every room meets high standards
What You Bring
- Previous housekeeping or related experience (hotel experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with a team-first mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfort learning new systems and using property management software
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual skills and brand experience are a plus
