Job Description:
Splash Management Group is seeking a friendly, outgoing person to join our elite Customer Service Team. Candidate must have a positive attitude, and enjoy customer interaction. No experience is necessary as we will train the right person.
The Customer Service Advisor will guide and welcome customers coming into the wash and give them a proper recommendation on a wash package to best clean their car.
We welcome schedule flexibility and offer part time and full time shifts. The option to work days, evenings, and weekends are available.
Position Summary
Provide excellent customer service while promoting and selling car wash packages and memberships. Ensure every customer has a fast, friendly, and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Promote and sell wash packages and membership plans
- Answer questions and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized site
- Support daily operations and follow company procedures
Qualifications
