Bridgepoint Acquistions is hiring Entry-Level Management Trainees to support an exciting AT&T wireless campaign in a retail environment. Whether you're a recent graduate, changing careers, or looking for your first full-time opportunity, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
No previous sales experience? No problem. Paid training is provided, and you'll learn communication, customer service, sales, and leadership skills while working alongside an energetic team.
What You'll Do
- Connect with customers in a retail environment
- Introduce AT&T products, services, and current promotions
- Help customers find solutions that fit their needs
- Answer questions and provide a positive customer experience
- Develop your communication and sales skills through ongoing coaching
- Work with your team to achieve individual and team goals
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activity
What We're Looking For
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
