Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sr. Accountant is responsible for managing and directing all of the day-to-day finance and accounting operations, inclusive of all accounts payable and payroll functions. This role will be responsible for facilitating all regulatory and financial reporting and maintaining oversight of the budgeting and forecasting process and will work closely with the senior leadership team. The Sr. Accountant will oversee a team of approximately five employees that comprise billing operations for the company.
Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

- Maintain and enforces accounting policies and procedures.
- Cash Management, record cash receipts and make Cincinnati store deposits.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Cash posting.
- Ensure accounts payable are paid timely.
- Process payroll timely, maintain all payroll records, including information that goes into employee files and calculate commission payments.
- Ensure bank accounts are reconciled monthly.
- Maintain chart of accounts.
- Provide timely and complete financial statement
- Assemble and provide financial information to banks, auditors, CPA for financing, tax returns, compilations, reviews.
- File sales tax returns to various state governments.
- Comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Any other tasks assigned by President.

Minimum Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent business experience and 10+ years of progressively responsible experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years accounting experience
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
- Bachelors in Accounting
- Medical billing experience a plus
- Medical equipment experience a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace setting
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and small business accounting systems
- Ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
