Duties
- Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, dough sheeters, and slicing tools efficiently and safely
- Ensure all food handling and sanitation procedures are followed rigorously to maintain food safety standards
- Manage ingredient inventory, restock supplies, and assist with menu planning to optimize kitchen workflow
- Execute cooking techniques including grilling, braising, poaching, and other culinary methods to achieve perfect results
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area through proper sanitizing procedures and adherence to food safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation during high-volume production periods
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food industry roles such as restaurant, catering, or fine dining environments is highly desirable
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques including grilling, braising, poaching, and meal prep
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures in a commercial kitchen setting
- Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with menu planning, recipe adherence, and food production processes
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume production while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent food handling skills combined with a passion for culinary excellence and innovation

Pay: $25.51 - $30.72 per hour
