Logistics Supervisor
Salary: Approximately $60,000 per year

Logistics Supervisor Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations
- Lead warehouse associates, leads, and coordinators
- Schedule labor and ensure proper staffing to meet daily workload
- Monitor productivity, performance, safety, and housekeeping
- Ensure equipment, space, and manpower are used efficiently
- Train and develop new and existing employees
- Set performance expectations and follow up with employees
- Help plan manpower and equipment needs based on workload
- Maintain clear communication with management, employees, and customers
- Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment
- Address performance issues and recognize strong employee performance
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience in logistics, warehouse, distribution, or material handling is required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience overseeing warehouse operations and employees
- Ability to organize people, equipment, and workflow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree or college coursework is a plus
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety practices
