Job description:
We are looking for a Packaging Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the packaging of products, ensuring that all items are properly sealed and labeled. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment. The Packaging Technician must also be able to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
Responsibilities:
- Package products as needed
- Operate and maintain packaging machinery.
- Ensure products are properly labeled and packaged according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, food and beverage, or brewery experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a physically active environment.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working around production equipment and in varying temperatures.
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
