Position Overview
We are a professional commercial cleaning company serving clients throughout New Jersey, New York & Pennsylvania. We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team. This role requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to consistently meet cleaning standards at commercial facilities. This job opportunity is to perform cleaning services at a biomedical firm in New Hope, PA.
Work assignments may be completed independently or as part of a team, depending on the site and scope of work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Refill restroom and facility supplies
- Follow established cleaning checklists and company procedures
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all client locations
Required Qualifications
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance are essential
- Ability to arrive on time and complete assigned shifts as scheduled
- Reliable transportation to travel to job site
- Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow instructions precisely
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team when required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training is provided for qualified applicants.
