babas prep cooks are expected to provide the highest quality product and customer experience in a professional manner with the unified efforts of the babas on cannon team. they are expected to accomplish this by following the leadership team and using the tools, training and resources provided by management.

Responsibilities
- ensure the highest quality guest experience by following standards for prep
- maintain production pars for all food items
- monitor product quality and freshness
- maintain working knowledge of food offerings
- follow department procedures for preparing, storing, rotating, and stocking of product
- maintain a clean and organized work work space
- check in and receive orders
- work with a sense of urgency
