SPEAK! Speech & Language Therapy, Inc. is a therapist-owned private practice providing adult home health speech therapy services throughout Southern California.
We partner with multiple home health agencies and currently receive referrals across Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura Counties. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our network of Speech-Language Pathologists interested in flexible per diem opportunities.

Role Overview
This role is ideal for SLPs seeking flexible supplemental income or additional referral opportunities alongside existing employment.
Provide speech-language evaluations and treatment services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes. Areas may include:
- Aphasia
- Dysarthria
- Cognitive-communication disorders
- Dementia-related communication needs
- Dysphagia
- Voice disorders
Clinicians maintain autonomy in accepting referrals and managing their schedules based on availability.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language and cognitive-communication evaluations
- Provide treatment services for adult communication and swallowing disorders
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Complete required clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members as needed
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active CA SLP license.
- CPR/BLS card
- Medical and TB Clearance.
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills.
- Must carry professional liability insurance (required for 1099 contractors).
- Active Driver's License/Insurance and willingness to travel within the service area.
