Teacher Assistants – Jenkintown Day Nursery
Location: 796 Baeder, Jenkintown, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
Jenkintown Day Nursery is looking for a caring, energetic Preschool and Toddler Teacher Assistants to join our team.

What You’ll Do
- Provide nurturing, developmentally appropriate care for toddlers (ages 1–3)
- Plan and lead simple, engaging activities that support early learning and social-emotional growth
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Work closely with your team and participate in ongoing professional development
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- At least 2 years of experience working with children (required per DHS regulations)
- CDA in Infant/Toddler preferred, or willingness to work toward one
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children throughout the day
- Reliable, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with toddlers
