Summary
We are hiring a self-driven Project Manager or Senior Project Manager specializing in water/wastewater treatment plant projects to oversee and coordinate complex construction initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction management, project scheduling, and site supervision within the wastewater treatment infrastructure in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage water/ wastewater construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other project management tools.
- Oversee all phases of construction, including planning, design coordination, procurement, and execution.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to wastewater infrastructure.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project delivery.
- Utilize construction tools such as HCSS HeavyJob for cost control and resource allocation.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Mentor and develop junior Project Managers as the team continues growing.
- Use construction management software such as MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for documentation, reporting, and communication.
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven track record managing water/wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Extensive experience with construction site supervision and project coordination.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HCSS HeavyJob, ProCore, and other construction management software.
- Strong background in blueprint reading/spec plans, schematics interpretation, and contracts management.
- Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, time management, and resource planning.
- Prior experience working on construction sites with a thorough understanding of safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively across multiple disciplines

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
