Chef John has created a menu full of his award winning signature dishes, along with classic Louisiana cuisine cooked with the utmost traditional technique.
We are looking for someone who has experience as a cook in a fast pace restaurant kitchen.
Also, looking for someone who has the desire to learn and grow.
