The Carolyn Barron Montessori School is a private school located in historic downtown Newnan, GA serving children 18 months to 12 years. We are currently seeking a Full or Part Time candidate to serve our Toddler community, Monday - Friday. Candidates must truly enjoy being around and working with children, have experience, and a very strong work ethic. College level classes in Early Childhood Development and/or a Bachelor's degree in this field is a plus. Responsibilities
- Provide nurturing care and supervision to toddlers in an educational setting.
- Assist in implementing age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
- Support lead teacher in creating a safe and engaging classroom environment.
- Help with meal times, diaper changes, potty training, and maintaining cleanliness in the toddler area.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the well-being and progress of each child.
- Utilize knowledge of early childhood education principles to support children's growth.
