Our studios run differently than anything in chiropractic. There is no front desk, no support staff, no paper forms. Every studio is powered by KIRO's proprietary AI platform, doctors carry an iPad with custom-built software that handles scheduling, daily patient insights, automatic SOAP note generation, and real-time performance analytics. Patients check in via QR code on the KIRO app, where they manage appointments, view medical records, and track their progress.
Each graduate joins KIRO as a doctor, with the opportunity to lead their own studio within two years. Being a Leader at KIRO comes with one of the highest compensation packages in the industry, but it demands equally high standards. You'll work closely with our Founders, who previously built teams at Google, Morgan Stanley, and high-growth tech companies, and our clinical leadership, which brings over 30 years of chiropractic experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide chiropractic adjustments and personalized care to Members
- Educate patients on the benefits of regular chiropractic care and nervous system health
- Manage patients under care and ensure they stay on their recommended visit cadence
- Perform Nervous System Scans using surface EMG technology
- Review and approve AI-generated SOAP notes for accuracy
- Work closely with your studio Leader to manage operations and drive Member retention
- Engage regularly with the global Executive Team on performance and growth

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
