Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Lead project planning sessions, develop detailed construction schedules, and coordinate project timelines using Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools.
- Manage project budgets by overseeing cost estimates, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met through effective cost management practices.
- Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve any issues promptly.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam for document control, progress tracking, and communication.
- Supervise teams on-site and in the office by managing schedules, assigning tasks, and fostering a collaborative team environment focused on quality delivery.
Experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or heavy civil construction projects with a focus on complex scheduling and budget control.
- Extensive knowledge of construction estimating techniques and construction regulatory compliance standards.
- Hands-on experience with construction site management including blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and site safety protocols.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling software; familiarity with Primavera P6 preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for project documentation and communication.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams across various disciplines while maintaining strict time management practices.
- Background in managing contracts, change orders, and ensuring adherence to project specifications while maintaining cost efficiency.
