Isanti, MN 55040 About the Role Auto City Classic, a trusted name in vintage and muscle car parts, is seeking a dedicated, hands-on mechanic to focus on vintage vehicle disc brake conversion. In this role, you will assemble, configure, and troubleshoot disc brake conversion kits designed for classic cars and trucks. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and package brake conversion kits with high attention to detail and organization.
- Apply deep knowledge of automotive brake systems to assist with product assembly and quality control.
- Assist in warehouse operations, which includes safely lifting multiple packages
- Thrive and work effectively in an adverse/active shop environment (standing for long periods, exposure to typical shop noises, temperature variations, and moving parts).
Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on knowledge of automotive brakes and hydraulic systems.
- Strong mechanical or machinist background is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills to track parts, hardware, and kit inventory.
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages
- Grit and adaptability to work in a traditional automotive shop setting.
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
