Position Overview
Victory & Vice is looking for friendly, professional, and reliable Hosts/Hostesses to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will help set the tone for the entire experience.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of creating a strong first and last impression.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating flow
- Seat guests in an organized and timely manner
- Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, managers, and other team members
- Answer phone calls and provide basic venue information
- Assist guests with questions, concerns, and special requests
- Help maintain a clean and organized host stand and entry area
- Support the front-of-house team during busy shifts
- Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for every guest
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and high-volume shifts
Schedule
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
- Evening and weekend availability preferred
