Gibraltar Protection — Post Commander / Mobile Patrol Officer
Location: Laguna Hills, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week

Gibraltar Protection is seeking an experienced, dependable Post Commander / Mobile Patrol Officer for a Class-A medical office property in Laguna Hills.
This is an active mobile patrol and leadership position—not a stationary security post. The Post Commander will provide vehicle and foot patrol coverage while helping maintain the daily organization, professionalism, and accountability of the security operation.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct vehicle and foot patrols throughout medical office properties, parking structures, lots, stairwells, and common areas.

Maintain a visible and professional security presence.

Respond appropriately to incidents, calls for service, and property concerns.

Monitor officer performance and daily security operations.

Complete accurate daily activity, incident, and pass-down reports.

Communicate effectively with GPI Operations, property management, tenants, and visitors.

Exercise sound judgment and make appropriate operational decisions when working independently.

Current California BSIS Guard Card.

Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Ability to safely operate a company-provided patrol vehicle.

Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to perform frequent walking patrols and stairwell inspections.

Dependable attendance and availability Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM.
Previous experience in security supervision, mobile patrol, commercial property, healthcare, parking enforcement, or building security is preferred.
