Full-time RN in an inpatient setting, 7 am to 7 pm every other weekend, and 9 am to 9 pm every other Monday, with alternating week days. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience; excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hospice care to patients in an inpatient facility, ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments, while monitoring patient responses.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems and communicate effectively with healthcare teams and families.
- Ensure adherence to hospice care standards.
Summary
