We are looking for a top-shelf bartender for Martini Bay. Helpful, and Flexible ROCKSTAR level bartender that can build clientele with their good attitude and level of engagement.

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests. This role involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, mixing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Create signature drinks and suggest beverage options to guests.
Customer Service:
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service.
- Take beverage orders and serve drinks promptly.
- Engage with guests, answer questions, and address any concerns.
- Build and maintain positive guest relations to encourage repeat business.
Bar Maintenance:
- Set up and stock the bar with necessary supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and drink ingredients.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout the shift.
- Clean and sanitize bar equipment, tools, and glassware.
- Monitor and manage bar inventory, including restocking items and informing management of low stock levels.
Compliance and Safety:
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Ensure compliance with local and state alcohol service laws.
- Verify the age of guests to ensure legal drinking age requirements are met.
- Practice responsible alcohol service and monitor guests for signs of intoxication.
Cash Handling and Transactions:
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage tabs and process payments.
- Balance cash register at the end of the shift and report any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Previous experience as a bartender in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting preferred.
- Knowledge of a wide range of drink recipes and bartending techniques.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Certifications:
- Food Handler’s certification is required.
