We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our travel agency, specializing in All-Inclusive Resorts with a focus on Sandals properties. In this role, you will manage inbound client inquiries, prepare travel quotes, and oversee the booking process from initial contact through confirmation, as well as provide additional support as needed until the client has completed travel.
Schedule
This role is for Thursdays, Friday afternoons and weekends.
Additional hours may be availabile during our busiest times of the year.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound reservation inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare detailed, accurate quotes tailored to each client's travel preferences and budget
- Process and manage bookings, payments, and itinerary changes with a high degree of accuracy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre-trip experience
- Resolve client concerns and booking issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort offerings, packages, and promotions
- Build and maintain client relationships to support repeat business and referrals
- Other sales and marketing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, reservations, or customer service preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized
- Proficient in attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Sales-oriented mindset with a client-first approach
Compensation & Benefits
- Targeted $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (hourly + commission)
