At Laurel&Lace, our social media presence gives brides their first glimpse into the experience, style, and magic of our boutique. We’re seeking a creative and dependable Part-Time Social Media Manager to develop engaging content, strengthen our online community, and help more brides discover the Laurel&Lace brand.
This is a hybrid contractor position requiring both independent remote work and availability to create content at our Sandy Springs bridal boutique.

Responsibilities
– Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
– Create reels, stories, posts, captions, and short-form videos that reflect the Laurel & Lace brand.
– Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages while building genuine relationships with our online community.
– Attend scheduled content days, bridal appointments, styled shoots, trunk shows, and boutique events as needed.
– Capture and edit photo and video content featuring gowns, boutique experiences, and real brides.
– Support email campaigns, promotions, partnerships, and event announcements.
– Review social media performance and provide regular insights on reach, engagement, audience growth, and content results.
– Research trends and propose creative campaigns, collaborations, and content ideas that support boutique growth.
– Maintain a polished and consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels.
Ideal Candidate
– Experience managing social media for a business, brand, or professional portfolio.
– Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and current short-form content trends.
– A creative eye for fashion, bridal content, visual storytelling, and luxury branding.
– Comfortable filming, appearing behind the camera, directing content, and working with brides and models.
– Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar editing platforms.
– Excellent writing, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
– Self-motivated, reliable, responsive, and able to manage responsibilities independently.
– Located in the Atlanta area and available to work approximately 10 hours per week, including occasional evenings or weekends for events and content creation.
– Experience in bridal, fashion, beauty, hospitality, or luxury retail is preferred but not required.
