Under the direction of the Export Compliance Manager, the Export Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring compliance with US Export Regulations and providing daily assistance to the Export Compliance Manager.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Screen appropriate parties against government restricted lists. Review export details and determine licensing requirements. Seek and provide clarifications as needed.
Ensure compliance with U.S. import/export regulations by maintaining proper classification, documentation, and recordkeeping.
Implement export regulations, as changes occur, and submit export license requests to the proper authorities.
Perform data analysis and suggest improvements with regards to company policy and export clearance.
Additional duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree and two plus years in the export industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of EAR, OFAC, and ITAR requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with various levels of end users
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team environment with little supervision in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Effective and efficient organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with a team

Total Annual Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000/year. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
