What You'll Do
As a Beyond Care Caregiver, you will:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, personal hygiene, and mobility assistance.
- Provide companionship and emotional support while treating every client with kindness, patience, and respect.
- Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition according to each client's care plan.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home.
- Assist with errands and transportation as authorized.
- Observe and report changes in a client's condition, behavior, appetite, mobility, mood, or overall well-being.
- Accurately document care provided and communicate concerns promptly with office staff.
- Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
- Protect client privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Encourage conversation and activities that promote emotional well-being and quality of life.
- Arrive on time, communicate professionally, and provide dependable, high-quality care every shift.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, patient care, nursing facilities, or a related caregiving environment is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification or knowledge is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, professional, and committed to providing exceptional care.
- Ability to accurately observe, document, and report client care.
- Must successfully pass required background checks.
- Must pass required drug screening.
- Must pass reference checks.
