IronTrust Business Funding | Remote | Commission + Performance Bonuses
IronTrust Business Funding is expanding our remote originations team.
We're looking for driven sales professionals who want to build a long-term book of business helping business owners access working capital solutions across a broad range of products including revenue-based financing, business lines of credit, SBA loans, equipment financing, invoice factoring, and commercial real estate financing.
This is not a call center role and this is not a churn-and-burn broker shop.
Our team focuses on understanding the business first and structuring capital around what actually fits the client's needs.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with business owners nationwide.
- Analyze financing needs and position appropriate solutions.
- Manage opportunities from initial conversation through funding.
- Work with underwriting and capital partners to structure transactions.
- Maintain and grow your own book of repeat and referral business.
- Utilize modern CRM and workflow technology to operate efficiently in a fully remote environment.

Ideal Background
- Experience in business funding, merchant cash advance, equipment finance, commercial lending, banking, insurance, mortgage, or high-ticket B2B sales.
- Strong phone presence and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter mentality and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable operating in a remote environment.
- Experience with CRM systems preferred.
