Position Summary
We’re looking for a Poly Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you will specialize in polyurethane (foam) injection to seal foundation cracks and stop water intrusion in residential homes.
The ideal candidate contributes to company goals by communicating effectively, delivering high-quality work, and treating customers and their homes with respect. You’ll work closely with your Foreman and teammates to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard while developing expertise in crack repair and waterproofing solutions.

Duties / Responsibilities
- Perform polyurethane (poly) injection to seal foundation wall cracks and stop water intrusion
- Drill injection ports and prepare surfaces for crack repair
- Operate injection equipment and monitor proper foam expansion and fill
- Identify crack types and determine appropriate repair methods under Foreman guidance
- Assist with additional waterproofing tasks as needed (sealing, patching, minor repairs)
- Follow all company safety standards, procedures, and installation guidelines
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment for each job
- Maintain a clean and organized job site before, during, and after installation
- Communicate with the Foreman and team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and correctly
- Deliver 5-star customer service, explaining the work being completed when appropriate
- Report any jobsite issues, safety concerns, or unexpected conditions
Physical Requirements
- Lift a minimum of 60 lbs
- Work in confined spaces such as basements and crawlspaces
- Stand, kneel, crouch, and crawl for extended periods
- Use hand tools, power tools, and injection equipment
- Work in varying weather conditions, including heat and cold
- Maintain visual accuracy for detailed crack repair work
Work Experience / Qualifications
- 1+ year of construction, waterproofing, or foundation repair experience preferred
- Experience with poly injection, crack repair, or concrete work is a strong plus
- Comfortable using drills, pumps, and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn technical repair methods quickly
