We are seeking a skilled Architect/Project Manager.

Ideal candidates will possess 4+ years of hands-on experience in the design and construction of architectural building projects. The position will assist in the general management of the following: store design & layout, review/approval of technical designs/drawings, and material specifications. Candidates with construction management skills are preferred; with experience in AutoCAD, Revit and other design programs is a MUST. Candidates must be fluent in English and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and an Architecture degree from an accredited university.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Produces Construction Documents in compliance with Client’s requirements and production systems (Autodesk Architecture / REVIT/ etc).
Prepares Design Development drawings of residential and commercial structures from sketches.
Modify drawings by studying changes; redrawing assemblies, components, and parts; changing annotations; following redline instructions.
Work closely with Architects/Engineers/Project Managers to ensure jobs run smoothly.
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors in Architecture with 4+ years’ experience
Experience with Autodesk Architecture (NOT JUST ACAD)
Extensive knowledge in REVIT Architecture required.

Proficient in AutoCAD Architecture and/or REVIT Architecture, Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
