About the Role
As an HVAC Field Technician, you will serve as a vital technical expert responsible for the performance, longevity, and efficiency of residential climate control systems. You will play a key role in ensuring home comfort by diagnosing complex mechanical issues and delivering high-quality maintenance and repair solutions.
Responsibilities-
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical or electrical failures to restore optimal system performance.

Execute comprehensive system start-ups, including precise wiring, testing, and performance documentation.

Perform routine preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment to extend system lifespan.

Communicate technical findings and repair options clearly to homeowners to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

Manage daily service logistics, including parts procurement, inventory accounting, and timely digital documentation.

Maintain a professional, clean, and organized workspace, including the service vehicle and customer job sites.

Adhere strictly to safety protocols and industry standards while performing installations or repairs.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in HVAC service or maintenance.

Active EPA Certification.

Proficiency in soldering and brazing techniques.

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Basic computer literacy, including experience with tablets and email software.

Completion of an HVAC trade school program or equivalent certification.

Prior experience in residential construction or related mechanical fields.
