Responsibilities:
- Assist in the care of dental patients.
- Prepare patient's chair and instruments.
- Demonstrate knowledge of basic dental procedures and terminology.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with patients, dentists, and other dental staff.
- Record information in patient charts.:Maintain cleanliness of the office and instruments.
- Follow infection control standards.
Summary
As a Certified Dental Assistant, you will utilize your expertise in chairside assisting, dental terminology, and 3D scanning to support general dentistry procedures. Your proficiency in medical terminology, prosthodontics, and endodontics will ensure efficient patient care. With premium skills in EMR systems, HIPAA compliance, and X-Ray technology, you will contribute to maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality.
