Are you a skilled Braid Stylist passionate about knotless, cornrows, stitch braids, boho styles, and more? Swella is hiring talented stylists to deliver luxury braid services to our expanding clientele. With strong marketing support and a collaborative environment, you'll thrive on commission-based pay with high earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all braid styles with precision and creativity
- Provide personalized haircare recommendations and alternatives
- Deliver exceptional, luxurious client experiences
- Maintain professional appearance (all-black dress code)
Qualifications:
- 1+ years salon experience (required, braid specialty preferred)
- Proven proficiency across braid styles
- Excellent customer service in fast-paced settings
- Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, and team player mindset
