**Responsibilities**
* Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for our residents

**Requirements**
* Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
* Knowledge of occupational therapy theories and principles
* Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including older adults and individuals with cognitive impairments
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed
