I'm partnering with a highly respected Seattle law firm that is seeking a Business Litigation Associate to join its thriving litigation practice. What You'll Do

Handle a broad range of commercial and business litigation matters

Participate in all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation

Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and legal briefs

Conduct legal research and analysis

Work directly with clients and opposing counsel

Collaborate closely with experienced partners on complex matters
What We're Looking For

Licensed Washington attorney
-
3+ years of litigation experience

Experience with commercial or business litigation preferred

Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

Excellent communication and client service abilities

Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a long-term practice
