Founding Integrator / Operations Manager
We are building a performance-growth company that helps established operators scale proven high-ticket offers.
We are looking for a highly organized, decisive Integrator who can work directly with the Founder, turn vision into execution, manage the team, and help build the company from the ground up.
This is not a traditional assistant role.
Your Mission
Own the day-to-day execution of the company so the Founder can stay focused on vision, strategy, partnerships, and growth.
You will be responsible for:
- Turning company goals into clear priorities and action plans
- Recruiting and managing experienced team members
- Managing sales, client success, paid media, and operations accountability
- Running weekly team meetings
- Maintaining scorecards, deadlines, and performance standards
- Identifying bottlenecks and driving problems to resolution
- Coordinating communication between departments
- Monitoring client onboarding, delivery, and retention
- Protecting the Founder’s time and keeping priorities organized
- Building systems, processes, and operating procedures
- Ensuring the team follows through without constant supervision
You will not be expected to train inexperienced salespeople. Team members should be capable and ready to perform. Your role is to manage performance, enforce standards, and keep the company moving.
Compensation
This is a founding, performance-based role with no guaranteed starting salary.
You will earn:
- 10% of all collected client setup fees
- 10% of all collected monthly recurring revenue
- Compensation from the first client onward
- Significant long-term upside as the company scales
Current client pricing includes:
- $15,000 setup fee
- $5,000 monthly retainer
- Additional performance-based revenue
At 12 clients producing $300,000 in total monthly recurring revenue, this role would earn approximately:
- $30,000 per month
- $18,000 from the initial setup fees
- Approximately $378,000 during the first full year
Compensation is based on collected revenue and excludes refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and pass-through advertising spend.
This is profit participation and revenue participation, not automatic equity or permanent company ownership.

- Have experience with GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar systems
Experience as an Integrator, Operations Manager, Chief of Staff, COO, Agency Operator, or senior Project Manager is strongly preferred.
