How You Will Make an Impact

Perform precise layout and fitup for complex stainless steel weldments to meet exact project specifications.
- Execute high-quality TIG and MIG welds primarily on stainless steel materials.
- Program and operate laser cutting machinery to streamline component fabrication.
- Interpret complex blueprints and structural drawings to create accurate material takeoffs.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on finished assemblies to ensure structural and aesthetic integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area in strict compliance with company standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in metal layout, fitup, laser programming, and welding.
- Proven expertise in TIG and MIG welding, with extensive experience working with stainless steel.
- Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and work directly from detailed engineering blueprints.
- Strong skills in performing material takeoffs accurately from technical drawings.
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and precision standards in a fast-paced shop environment.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Prior trade school completion or technical fabrication certifications.
- Experience operating automated CNC fabrication equipment and modern laser systems.
- Advanced background in industrial mechanical and custom shop manufacturing routines.
