Job Title: Part-Time Dental Hygienist
Location: City Smiles Dental – Queens, NY (Steps from the M train)
Schedule: Saturdays 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable Part-Time Dental Hygienist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about patient education, prevention, and working collaboratively within a supportive, close-knit dental team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures including cleanings, scaling and root planning, laser, fluoride treatments, and sealants
- Take and interpret diagnostic x-rays and i-tero scan
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
- Assist in identifying oral health issues and collaborating with the dentist on treatment planning
- Promote additional services such as Invisalign, night guards, whitening, and retainers
- Document patient findings and treatment notes accurately
- Follow all infection control protocols and maintain a clean operatory
- Be an enthusiastic and reliable team player contributing to a positive office culture
Requirements:
- Valid New York State Dental Hygienist license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive attitude
- Ability to educate and motivate patients in a kind and supportive manner
- Prior experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
