As a Personal Injury Legal Assistant supporting a case manager and attorney, you’ll support a full caseload (95 to 120 active files), providing essential support at every stage of our clients’ journey.

Position
Position: Personal Injury Legal Assistant
Salary: $30.00/Hr.
Location: Louisville, KY (Fully On-Site)

Responsibilities
- Support case manager and attorney on a dedicated three-person team with 95–120 active case files.
- Set up claims, organize files and maintain case documentation.
- Use CRM and AI platforms to draft letters, review documents and streamline casework.
- Order medical records, handle PIP claims, logs and tracking, assist in handling property damage when needed, order police reports, and ensure all documentation is obtained from the client to get the case moving in a timely manner.
- Set up and manage health insurance claims and liens.
- Draft written correspondence and ensure all is grammatically correct for attorney review and submission.
- Track legal, billing and medical record requests and keep digital files up-to-date.
- Collaborate with team members, contribute to a supportive environment, assist office colleagues, and deliver first-class client service at all points of contact.
We’re looking for:

- Outstanding communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and sincere care for clients
- Excellent grammar and writing; familiarity with personal injury work and legal tech.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative, busy environment.
- Desire to help others and play a key role in improving clients’ lives.
- Personal injury experience strongly preferred; proficiency with Litify/Salesforce is a plus.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to coming to work on-site.
