SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday
8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm
- Training will be onsite at Gateway Plaza (downtown Indianapolis)
WORK LOCATION
In person and then transition to Remote
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports patients requiring Enteral Nutrition, including individuals who need supplemental nutrition delivered partially or entirely through feeding methods such as pump, syringe, gravity, and oral.

The role primarily supports a pediatric population (approximately 80%), often working closely with parents, foster parents, and caregivers involved in patient care and education.

Processes refills for ongoing patients, including formulas, syringes, and other nutrition-related supplies and products.

Responds to patient/customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

Determines the best method for problem resolution of routine issues while meeting patient/customer needs and adhering to organizational guidelines.

Collaborates with other departments as needed to resolve issues and ensure continuity of care.

Accurately gathers and documents patient/customer information and interactions for database recording and scheduling purposes.

Processes orders, exchanges, and additional service requests efficiently.

Maintains professionalism and a positive, empathetic attitude in all patient/customer interactions, particularly when working with pediatric patients and their caregivers.

Bilingual communication skills are preferred and considered a strong asset in this role. (Spanish/English)
REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma/GED is required.

Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.

Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Requires the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
