The Float Pool provides a unique experience to care for diverse populations of patients in various units, departments and/or locations while learning from some of our best caregivers. As a P atient Care Nurs e Assistant (PCNA) on this team, you will coordinate with fellow caregivers to create a welcoming, healing and warm environment for patients. This position offers a flexible schedule and the ability to pursue educational advancement, higher positions and skills development courses offered by Cleveland Clinic.
