What You'll Do
- Install security, solar, and decorative window film on commercial and residential properties
- Prepare window surfaces through cleaning, measuring, and cutting film to specification
- Work directly alongside experienced installers to learn proper techniques and best practices
- Follow all safety protocols and quality standards on job sites
- Travel to customer locations — up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in proper working order
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site
- Progress through a structured training program from trainee to lead installer

Pay Range
- Trainee (OJT) - $20.00 – $25.00/hr
- Installer - $25.00 – $35.00/hr
- Lead Installer - $35.00 – $45.00/hr
Advancement is based on demonstrated skill, reliability, and performance.
What We're Looking For
- No experience required — a willingness to learn is all you need
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time (including overnight travel)
- Comfortable working on ladders and in various indoor environments
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Must be able to pass a background check (required prior to start)
- Valid driver's license preferred
