Job Summary:
Are you a skilled LPN ready for a dynamic and rewarding long-term care opportunity? Located on a hospital campus, this LPN role places you at the heart of a diverse, high-acuity resident population requiring both skilled nursing and compassionate hands-on care. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, communicate pertinent clinical updates to MDs and NPs, and manage admissions and discharges. You will also provide specialized care including gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulized treatments, wound vac care, CPAP care, and tracheostomy care — making every shift an opportunity to truly impact a resident's quality of life.
Requirements:
Licenses & Certifications
- Active LPN License required
- BLS Certification (AHA) required
- Proof of current flu vaccination required prior to contract start date
- (Flu vaccine can be administered at employee health clearance appointment)
Experience & Education
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Long-term care experience strongly preferred
- Experience with complex skilled nursing procedures required
Pay Details:
For Local Candidates pay rate: $51 to $54 /hr (If your permanent address is within 50 miles of the facility)
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50-mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $53.00
Weekly Pay Rate (W2): $2,120.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $16.00
Minimum Hourly Stipend: $37.00
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $640.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,480.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,120.00
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Hourly Pay Rate (1099): $55.00
Weekly Pay Rate (1099): $2,200.00
