Bookkeeper or CPA Needed – Growing Local Business
Top Choice Windows and Doors is a window and door installation company. We handle 300+ jobs per year.
Top Choice Windows and Doors is located at exit 116. We are looking for the right candidate. 25-40 hours per week. We can accommodate PT for the right individual or FT.
Ideal Candidate
- MUST have 2 years of experience
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, trustworthy, and comfortable managing day-to-day financial operations independently.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable & accounts receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Payroll coordination
- Invoice management
- Monthly financial reporting
- Maintaining accurate records in QuickBooks
- Assisting ownership with budgeting and expense tracking
- Communicating with vendors, customers, and CPA as needed
Requirements:
- Previous bookkeeping experience required with a construction business
- Proficiency with QuickBooks (Online preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in small business operations is a plus
