**Job Summary:** Dealership parts counter sales experience required- Reynolds and Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus. We are seeking a detail-oriented Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth sales process. **Duties:** - Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues - Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area - Assist in managing inventory levels and restocking merchandise - Utilize sales techniques to promote products and increase market reach **Skills:** - Proficiency in sales techniques and customer service - Strong phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory - Organizational abilities to maintain a tidy workspace and manage inventory effectively - Familiarity with inventory management practices - Knowledge of Excel for basic data entry tasks - Understanding of sales management principles This position offers the opportunity to develop skills in sales, customer service, and inventory management.
