About Us
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and hands-on General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing operations of our new Atwell Suites property in Las Vegas. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in building a hotel from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Lead all pre-opening and opening activities, including staffing, training, and operational setup.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on guest satisfaction.
- Oversee all hotel operations including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, and Food & Beverage.
- Manage revenue, expenses, labor costs, and overall hotel profitability.
- Drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR through effective revenue and sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction scores.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Work closely with ownership and corporate leadership to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of General Manager experience in a branded hotel.
- Previous hotel opening experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Proven track record of improving hotel performance and guest satisfaction.
- Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and hotel financials.
- Knowledge of IHG systems and brand standards is preferred.
- Ability to lead by example and work in a hands-on environment.
