Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of escrow, title, or real estate closing experience.
- Strong understanding of title insurance, escrow procedures, real estate contracts, and closing requirements.
- Experience reviewing title commitments and clearing title objections.
- Proficiency with title and escrow software platforms.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of state and federal compliance requirements related to escrow transactions.
- Texas Escrow Officer License preferred (if applicable).
Preferred Skills
- Commercial real estate transaction experience.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience handling multi-state transactions.
