Revital Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at Greenwood Center for Nursing & Rehab, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Tamaqua, PA. In this role, you will deliver high-quality therapy services designed to improve residents’ independence, function, and overall quality of life.
Implement individualized treatment plans developed in collaboration with the rehabilitation team
Conduct thorough evaluations and establish measurable short- and long-term therapy goals
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques that support ongoing progress
Work closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care
